ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Meet Our Team
JILL GREWAL, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Hello! I'm Jill Grewal, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. I have been supporting children and families across both outpatient hospital and school-based settings since the start of my career. I've had the opportunity to work with children across multiple states, giving me a broad perspective on the diverse communication needs for my families and the systems that support them.
I’m proud to call the west side of Cleveland home, and I’m also a wife and mom to a busy toddler boy—roles that deeply shape how I approach my work with families. Balancing a full schedule in the schools while raising my own child has only strengthened my understanding of how vital accessible, meaningful support is for children and caregivers alike.
Through my work, I’ve seen a growing need for additional supports for school-aged children—especially those who may not qualify for formal services or who need something more flexible, practical, and empowering. The Capable Collective was created to help fill those gaps by providing enrichment opportunities that build communication skills, confidence, and independence. My goal is to empower students to feel capable in the classroom, in social settings, and in everyday life—now and for the future.
OUR POSITION
The Capable Collective is an education-based enrichment model informed by Speech-Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy. We provide education enrichment services, skill building, gap-filling support, and preventative and supplemental support. We do provide functional and educational enrichment services with an OT and SLP informed lens.
We do not replace therapy services provided in medical (in-patient, outpatient), private practice, or academic settings. We do not replace academic support. We do not replace IEPs.
VISION
The Capable Collective exists to shift the narrative around learning differences—away from deficits and toward capability. We envision communities where children are understood, supported, and celebrated for how they learn; where families feel empowered; and where meaningful growth happens through connection, creativity, and intentional support.
MISSION

The Capable Collective’s mission is to provide strengths-based, developmentally intentional enrichment that supports children’s communication, learning, and participation in everyday life. Through collaborative, child-centered experiences, we partner with families to build confidence, foster independence, and nurture the skills children need to thrive academically, socially, and beyond.
OUR PROMISE
At The Capable Collective, we promise to treat every child with the same care, respect, and intentionality we would want for our own. This commitment guides every decision we make—from program design to family partnerships and the support we provide each child.
